Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (carrier), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), talc (anti-caking agent), biotin (D-biotin).

Directions: Adults, take 1 tablet daily with meals, with a small amount of water. Duration of use: 1 month. Repeat if necessary.
