Fish oil is a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. It may also contain vitamins A and D, either naturally occurring or added. Since the levels of omega-3 and vitamins in fish oil vary, always check the content of these components in the product you are purchasing. It is also important to note that liquid fish oil spoils very quickly (oxidising upon exposure to air and heat), making encapsulated fish oil a safer choice.

Fish oil with sea buckthorn (beneficial for the visual and digestive systems);

Fish oil with lemon balm (recommended for migraines and insomnia; acts as an antispasmodic and analgesic for flatulence);

Fish oil with rosehip (beneficial for carbohydrate metabolism and the function of the bone marrow, liver, and gallbladder).

Fish oil is an excellent remedy for skin rejuvenation (combating wrinkles and pigmentation spots). For best results, we recommend combining oral intake of fish oil capsules with topical application as a cosmetic mask. Simply pierce a capsule with a needle, squeeze the oil onto your fingertip, and apply it to individual wrinkles.

Vitamin A: essential for maintaining good vision and the health of mucous membranes, as well as the respiratory and digestive systems; helps the body resist bacterial and viral infections.

Vitamin D: essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth; helps prevent heightened nervous excitability.
