Psyllium consists of fibres derived from the seed husks of *Plantago ovata* (blond psyllium). It is a rich source of both insoluble and soluble fibre that helps normalise bowel function; it also contains slowly digestible carbohydrates that have a beneficial effect on gut microflora.

Ingredients:

Psyllium seed husks, gelatin, plum extract, calcium D-pantothenate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), colourants: titanium dioxide, indigocarmine.

Recommended use:

Adults: 2 capsules once daily with a meal. Duration of use: 1 month.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance to the supplement's components, pregnancy, breastfeeding, predisposition to bowel disorders, intestinal obstruction, or acute gastrointestinal disease. Consult a doctor before use.
