Indications
As a dietary supplement, this product serves as an additional source of vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and glycine, and contains proline and hydroxyproline. Its components help slow down the aging process and the formation of wrinkles; they support skin hydration, elasticity, and firmness, help reduce expression lines, improve the condition of hair and nails, and support joint mobility and the overall functional state of the musculoskeletal system. Furthermore, they contribute to strengthening bone tissue, aiding recovery after fractures, reducing the risk of osteoporosis, accelerating wound healing (including post-surgical recovery), and stimulating collagen production.
Directions for Use and Dosage
Adults should take 3000 mg of powder (1 sachet/stick pack or 1 teaspoon) twice daily, during or immediately after a meal. The powder should be stirred into half a glass (100 ml) of water, juice, or another beverage.
Consume immediately after preparation.
Recommended duration of use: 1 month.
The course may be repeated if necessary.
Ingredients
Fish collagen hydrolysate, sugar, citric acid (acidity regulator), natural lemon flavoring (contains gum arabic as a stabilizer and rosemary extract as an antioxidant), sodium L-ascorbate (vitamin C), and sodium hyaluronate.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to any of the ingredients, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and carbohydrate metabolism disorders (including diabetes mellitus). Description

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Structural proteins are the most abundant proteins in the body. Among them, fibrillar structures—specifically collagen—play a crucial role. It is well established that this substance plays a significant role in determining the appearance and condition of the skin. Various external factors, such as ultraviolet (UV) radiation, negatively affect the structure of this biopolymer, leading to skin dryness and a loss of elasticity.
Furthermore, maintaining the proper structure and function of collagen requires an adequate supply of amino acids—specifically glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline—all of which are abundant in collagen hydrolysate. Hydroxyproline is also crucial for stabilizing the spatial configuration of another fibrous protein, keratin; any disruption to this structure directly impacts the health of hair and nails.
Hyaluronic acid derives its biological properties from unique chemical characteristics that allow a single molecule to retain a volume of water up to 10,000 times its own weight. By residing within the dermis—the primary layer of the skin—this compound helps maintain the skin's water balance, promotes hydration, and supports both density and elasticity. This nutrient also helps protect cells from the damaging effects of toxic free radicals, thereby reducing the visible signs of aging.
In addition, the stable, highly viscous gel formed when hyaluronic acid interacts with water acts as a cementing agent for connective tissue (including cartilage) and serves as a lubricant for the cartilaginous surfaces of joints. In this way, this nutraceutical provides extra hydration and protection against premature degradation.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is recognized as a natural biocomponent with a potent antioxidant effect, which helps counteract free-radical agents. This helps reduce their adverse impact on the reactions occurring within dividing cells, which in turn lowers the risk of premature aging. Together with glycine and hydroxyproline, ascorbic acid also supports collagen synthesis, thereby promoting better regenerative (repair) processes in the skin.
